As an InstantPot owner with a terrible memory, this is my repository of information when I want to cook something special. Personally, I think my only somewhat valuable recipes are adaptations of Costa Rican dishes to InstantPot like the Arroz con Pollo (rice chicken). I made all of it public to be able to share it friends. It still needs a good deal of organization and some of the docs are empty or in Spanish.
